Pick-up and return
Campers are collected and returned at Sörnäistenkatu 19, Helsinki, unless we agree otherwise. Allow about an hour at pick-up so we can go through the camper together.
If you break down mid-trip
Call the insurance and roadside line first, on 0303 0303 — every camper is covered. Give them Caravan Helsinki's number, +358 50 463 3591, as the contact, and message us so we know what's happening.
Before you book
When do I pick the camper up and return it?
Pick-up is at 16:00 and return at 11:00, at Sörnäistenkatu 19 in Helsinki. If the camper is free before or after your rental, you can pick it up earlier or return it later for 20 € an hour.
Can I see the camper before booking?
Yes, when the camper is not out on a rental. Send us a message and we'll agree a time.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, when you tell us in advance. The pet fee is 60 € per booking.
